  	Qualification/ Experience	·         Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years) in Business Administration/Management Sciences, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields from a reputable national/international university/institute ·         A minimum of eight (8) years of experience (after acquiring stipulated qualification) with at least two (2) years of experience that involves the planning and design of revenue generation and fund raising/relevant programmes and projects. Experience in public sector/HEIs or public financing would be accorded due weightage.

Experience in academic institutions work environment will be preferred.

    	Qualification/ Experience	·         Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences/IT, Social Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognised institution. Experience in handling executive office in drafting and noting of office correspondence is preferred. The candidate should be proficient in basic report writing, office documentation and record keeping.
    	Maximum Age	40 Years

Who is the new Chairman NAB Aftab Sultan?

The Federal Cabinet approved the appointment of Former DG IB Aftab Sultan as Chairman NAB .

Aftab Sultan was a Grade 22 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan and has served in other important positions including the former IG Punjab.

When PPP government was formed in 2008, Yousuf Raza Gilani appointed Aftab Sultan as DGIB, but later Raja Pervez Ashraf removed Aftab Sultan from the post of DGIB.

At the time of 2013 general elections, Aftab Sultan was IG Punjab Police and when Nawaz Sharif was the prime minister in 2013 elections, Aftab Sultan was again made DGIB

Aftab Sultan was the IB chief when Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan staged a dharna in August 2014. IK caught some audio tapes during the sit-in, they provided those tapes to Nawaz Sharif, after which the matter was hot in Pakistani politics.

In the 2014 sit-in, Imran Khan criticized Aftab Sultan by naming him regularly in his speeches.

If we talk about 2002, when Pervez Musharraf held a referendum to become the president, then Aftab Sultan was posted in Sargodha and he was instructed to get maximum votes in the referendum, but he refused to obey such an order. Had given, for this reason Musharraf government suspended Aftab Sultan.

The current Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif wanted to give Aftab Sultan the position of Special Assistant in his government, but sources say that Aftab Sultan refused to take the government post.

Sources say that when Aftab Sultan was approached to become NAB chairman, he refused this too, but later some important figures contacted him again, on which he accepted the offer and now the federal government. The Cabinet has also nominated him as Chairman NAB.

Sources close to Aftab Sultan say that he will decide his priorities after assuming the post of Chairman NAB, but he will ensure that if a case is filed against any person, it is on merit, Aftab Sultan is sure that We will make sure that no false case is made against anyone so that people's trust in NAB increases
