On July 14 Samsung Galaxy M13 Series Confirmed to Launch in India

Samsung Galaxy M13 5G and Galaxy M13 — the company's upcoming Galaxy M series smartphones — will be launched in India on July 14, the company confirmed on Wednesday. The South Korean handset manufacturer revealed that the Galaxy M13 5G will feature support for 12 5G bands. It will pack a 5,000mAh battery, while the Galaxy M13, which offers 4G connectivity, will be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery. A microsite for both smartphones is now live on Amazon, ahead of the launch event that is scheduled for July 14 and 12pm.

A pre-launch microsite for the Galaxy M13 5G and Galaxy M13 4G has gone live on Amazon. Samsung has equipped the 5G model with a 5,000mAh battery. It comes with the RAM Plus feature that delivers up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone includes the Auto Data Switching feature that lets you stay connected even when your primary SIM is out of network. The page also depicts that the Galaxy M13 5G will offer a silver colour option. A recent report suggests that this smartphone could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It may sport a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. In addition, it is likely to support 15W fast charging.

The series also includes the Galaxy M13 4G, which recently launched in South Korea. It sports a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Infinity-V display. The handset is powered by an Exynos 850 SoC coupled with up to 128GB of storage. This 4G model is also listed to come with the RAM Plus feature for up to 12GB of RAM. However, unlike the South Korean model that also houses a 5,000mAh battery, this variant packs a 6,000mAh battery. The Amazon microsite showcases that this handset will offer silver, black, and brown colour options at launch.

On China Telecom Listing , Oppo A97 5G may debut in China on July 15 at a price point of CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 27,100).

Oppo A97 5G specifications have been tipped by a listing on the China Telecom website. The website also shared some images of the smartphone suggesting that it will come with a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel main sensor and will have three color options. It is listed to come in two configurations, sport a 6.56-inch display, and pack a 5,000mAh battery. It could come with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC and may be launched in China in the coming weeks.

Oppo A97 5G price, launch details (expected)

As per the listing on the China Telecom website, the Oppo A97 5G has a model number PFTM10 and “time to market” (translated) is mentioned as July 15. As far as the price is concerned, the “Product retail price” of the phone is listed as CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 27,100). The Oppo phone is said to launch in Colorful Cherry Blossoms, Deep Sea Blue (blue), and Quiet Night Black (translated).

The dual-SIM(Nano) Oppo A97 5G is listed to run Android 12. It is likely that the phone will have a skin based on the Android OS. It is said to sport a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,408 pixels) display, and powered by MT6833P, which seems to be the codename for MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. The phone is said to come with 8GB and 12GB of RAM options paired with 256GB standard inbuilt storage.

On the front, it could sport an 8-megapixel camera. The smartphone is also said to pack a 5,000mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor that could be embedded in the power button, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone port. The phone is listed to measure 163.8x75.1x7.99mm and weigh 190g.
